About me
I am passionate about using science and evidence to prevent chronic disease and help you live your best life.
For me, optimizing health is not only a passion, it is personal. As a South Asian, I am at increased risk for diabetes, heart disease, and stroke which all run in my family. I took care of my father who suffered from dementia and saw the impact on him and my family. I am doing what I can to prevent these chronic diseases in myself and I want to share my learnings with you.
I am a Stanford, UCSF, and Penn trained physician. As a retina surgeon, I have taken care of many aging patients. I see the impact of chronic disease in the eye and in the body every day.
For the past decade, I have been studying longevity and how we can use lifestyle changes to improve our help. Now, I want to help you thrive.

Does Dr. Zaidi accept my health insurance?
Dr. Zaidi does not accept insurance. Working with Dr. Zaidi requires a membership subscription. This allows Dr. Zaidi to have much fewer clients and dive deeply into optimizing your health
Will Dr. Zaidi be my doctor?
Dr. Zaidi will be your health coach. He will work along side your primary care doctor. It is important to continue your relationship with your primary care doctor.
How is this different from Medicine 3.0, Peter Attia and Outlive?
Dr. Zaidi's philosophy is similar to Peter Attia's - evidence based, data-driven, and lifestyle focused. He encourages his clients to read Outlive by Peter Attia.
